Yes, you must visit the school lounge within 30 days from your order. The Lounge coordinator will assist you with the returns process. Please take the items along with your order number.

Once an order has been paid it is sent through to the courier company within 15 minutes of us receiving the payment and can no longer be cancelled and once the parcel has been delivered the returns process should be followed.
If the order has not been paid yet it will automatically be cancelled after a stet interval.
No. Once an order has been assigned an order number no amendments can be made. Please note that throughout the checkout process you will be asked to confirm that the order details are correct before the order creation. If you have not yet paid for the order then please place a new order instead.
Delivery requires 2-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation in major centres however as third party couriers are used in outlying areas we cannot guarantee delivery times. 
Click on the red NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK. A notification will be sent once the item is back in stock. Kindly note an item can only be ordered if it is in stock.
We always try to keep everything in stock as long as it is in season. 
Any credit you may have is automatically used for your next purchase.
If your order amount is less than the credit, the remainder will be available for next purchases.
If the order amount is larger than the credit amount you will be directed to the payment page.
If the order amount and credit amount is equal you will immediately be issued with an order number.
Grit uses PayU as a payment portal. They offer the following automated payment options:
  • Credit card: Visa or MasterCard debit or credit cards are accepted.
  • Smart EFT: choose between one of the four banks or other to make an online EFT payment OR a cash deposit.
It is very important to use the PSP reference given for each new order. This will allow the system to automatically recognise your payment, thus there is no need to send a proof of payment.
When you are logged into the online shop scroll to the bottom of the page. In the right-hand corner click on ORDERS. Click on DETAILS on the order yo wish to make payment. Click on COMPLETE PAYMENT. You will be redirected to the payment page again. You can repeat this process multiple times.

This is only a reminder email. If you have paid via SmartEFT it might be that the payment has not been cleared by the bank as of yet.
Payment takes form a few hours up to 48 hours to reflect if paying via SmartEFT. Payments via the credit card option should reflect immediately.
There are two ways to check on the progress of your order, either log on to the Curro website and check the order via the shop. Or use the waybill number supplied to you via SMS and check it on www.aramex.co.za 
At the bottom of the page of the item group you are looking to purchase you will find a sizing chart. If unsure of measurements of the item does not have a sizing chart please visit the lounge at your school.
No, Grit makes use of a 3rd party payment site called PayU. We do not receive or store your credit card details. PayU stores your credit card information using strong cryptographic technology to encrypt your card details and only stores this information in a highly secure data centre. PayU is also PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, which is the highest industry requirement for data security standards. They will never share or expose your credit card number or financial details to 3rd parties or merchants. All connections to PayU are over a secure 256-bit encrypted SSL connection. PayU is widely used and trusted in the industry and is used by notable retailers such as DSTV, Makro, Kalahari, Pick n Pay to name a few.
Delivery can be done nationally. It will therefore be able to be delivered to your home, workplace, possibly even where you are vacationing. If you are uncertain whether delivery will be possible, please contact Grit (012 741 3460) or Aramex (012 742 0300) directly.
Log on to the Grit shop via the Curro MyHub website's shop now button. Choose the items you would like to order by clicking on 'Add to Cart' next to the item. At the top of the page where it states 'Shopping cart' click on that or on the progress shopping cart icon in the middle of the page.
A page will open with your order list on it. Please check that everything is correct. Then follow the prompts to finish the order and go through to the payment page.
We limit the clothing shown to be applicable to your school and child so far as possible. If unsure please consult the school regarding the appropriate attire required.
The wish list is a place where the items you would like to buy in future can be stored. This saved you the trouble of having to find the right item at a later stage when you want to buy it. Please note that this does not reserve the item for you, it only keeps the item for future reference. If the items are in stock, you can convert your wish list item to an order.
